Our policy is to charge the full session fee for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. This includes no-shows. We have waiting lists of people eager to receive our services and can easily fill canceled sessions given sufficient time. We appreciate your courtesy and understanding regarding this business matter.

If you must cancel last minute due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact your therapist directly to discuss your situation.
